Licensing
Why do you use a concurrent user license model, rather than a user based model?
We have seen that when software is charged per user, customers question the addition of all new users. People who support the process, but aren't active users don't get access to the system. Time is spent distributing the data outside the application, creating additional waste. We believe that access should not be limited.
Training
How does Leverage4Data handle training our suppliers to use the system?
While our goal is to keep our applications intuitive, training new users is still a reality. Leverage4Data will train the initial set of users and create training videos to help with new suppliers moving forward. We understand that some companies are new to web-based applications and will provide the resources needed to get started easily.
ITAR
My company requires ITAR compliance. Do you have an on premise solution?
Leverage4Data's products are meant to be collaborative between third parties, so our applications are web-based. We can host your instance on AWS's Government Cloud, which is ITAR compliant.
Integrations
We would like to integrate Guild with our ERP System?
For custom integrations, please contact us directly to discuss being an Integration Beta Partner. Our current customers don't require integrations, but we are interested in developing plug and play integrations in the future.
